To Derrick's family and siblings It is with deepest sorrow that we received the sad news of Derrick's passing. We met Derrick for the first time in Mombasa in 1964. We had the pleasure of staying with his parents and siblings at their residence in Mombasa. We had an enjoyable time and remember Derrick taking us to the local library and visiting local tourist sites. It was not a surprise to us that he took up a career as a Librarian. We are sorry that we were not able to keep in touch all these years. We feel your sorrow and pain at the loss of Derrick. Rest in peace, Derrick. Colin and Clifford Da Costa
